Meet David Alajajian, born in the sunny streets of Glendale, California, and raised in the legendary Silicon Valley. After acing his Molecular and Cell Biology studies at UC Berkeley, he took on the scientific world at a UCSF medical research lab. But guess what? It was there, while diving into Prostate Cancer immunotherapies, that he realized his calling as a physician. David wanted to be the real deal - the kind of doctor who takes innovative treatments from the lab and brings them to the frontlines, making a positive impact on patient lives.

Off he went to New York Medical College, earning his medical doctorate and acing his residency in Internal Medicine at the prestigious North Shore and Long Island Jewish Hospitals under the Hofstra University/Northwell Health program. That training packed a punch, with a heavy focus on quality improvement and high-value care. And you know what? David kind of fell in love with it.

After his New York adventures, David made his triumphant return to the City of Angels in 2017. There, he sharpened his HIV knowledge and brought his passion to Pacific Oaks Medical Group - an LGBT and HIV community-based practice. He knocked it out of the park as an investigator, exploring new therapies, and even acing the whole telehealth and EHR game during the COVID-19 pandemic. Talk about adaptability!

Now, here's the cherry on top: David is not your everyday doctor. Nope! He's board-certified in Internal Medicine and an American Academy of HIV Medicine HIV specialist. And guess what? He's bringing his insight, expertise, and a sprinkle of cheekiness to The Doctor Medical Group as the Chief Medical Officer.

Neal Adams, MD, MPH, Psychiatric Director

Meet Neal Adams, MD, MPH, the impressive and distinguished fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. This guy knows his stuff! He earned his MD from Northwestern University and his MPH from Harvard University; talk about brains and ambition! After completing his psychiatry residency at Stanford, where he even served as a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar, he became a fellow in the California Health Care Foundation's Leadership Program. Dr. Adams has quite the résumé, having been President of the American College of Mental Health Administration and Medical Director at the California Institute for Mental Health.

Not only that, but this genius has written a book called "Person-Centered Treatment Planning for Mental Health and Addiction Recovery" and has published a bunch of other policy monographs and journal articles. Dr. Adams is no stranger to the stage, having presented at local, national, and international conferences and even providing training on treatment plans, clinical outcomes management, and evidence-based practice implementation.

This incredible man has experience in both clinical, administrative, and leadership positions. Needless to say, he's a real superstar in the world of mental health!
